We're looking for a passionate Junior HR Specialist to join our growing HR department and support daily operations with energy, accuracy, and a “people-first” mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

- Draft and post job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen CVs and filter candidates based on job criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and communicate interview outcomes.

- HR Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical & digital).
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes: documentation, contracts, clearance.
- Track employee attendance, absences, and leaves.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (especially for Sales team).
- Follow up with the Sales team on daily/weekly attendance and commission inputs.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

- Reporting & Documentation

- Help generate monthly reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.).
- Ensure all HR documents and trackers are organized and accessible.

- Training & Development

- Coordinate training sessions (scheduling, room setup, attendance tracking).
- Follow up on training feedback and maintain training records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
