Showcase your digital expertise and creativity at RACQ as we launch an exciting new travel brand and strengthen our trusted RACQ Travel business. As the voice behind this new brand, you’ll shape informative, on‑brand digital content that connects with our audience and sparks their next adventure. You’ll lead the way in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality across all RACQ Travel materials, upholding the standards our members trust. With your skills in digital marketing, content management systems, and web best practices, you’ll optimise product content to deliver seamless, inspiring experiences from the moment a traveller engages with us across any digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, coordinate, and optimise travel content across digital platforms to ensure it remains relevant and valuable to members

- Improve digital channels to deliver a seamless and engaging member experience

- Build strong collaborative relationships with our RACQ Travel team, to support the delivery of our Travel Deals eDM

- Partner with stakeholders to develop content briefs that align with business objectives

- Collaborate with key external partners to support the execution of marketing campaigns for our new travel brand

- Maintain effective relationships with the Marketing & Membership and Travel teams, external agencies, and stakeholders across the RACQ Group

- Initial 12‑month contract, with a view to permanency

About you

- Proven ability to craft engaging, accurate, and emotionally resonant copy across a range of corporate content, adhering to brand guidelines and audience segmentation.

- Strong understanding of digital communication principles, including interactive writing, web usability, content strategy, and content conversion goals.

- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, web frameworks, and demonstrated IT literacy, including familiarity with internet and e‑commerce tools.

- Good grasp of SEO best practices and experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance digital content.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a small, agile team, while effectively managing high‑volume digital production.

- Advanced interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and resolving issues efficiently.
