A global advisory and communications consultancy is seeking talented Consultants to join their Sydney team. The firm delivers strategic research and communications campaigns with worldwide impact, partnering with corporate, political, and not‑for‑profit clients to solve complex challenges in reputation, behaviour change, opinion research, and communications strategy.

About the Role

- Partner with clients to deeply understand their business challenges and objectives.

- Design and deliver multi-method research programs: quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches to uncover drivers of behaviour and perception.

- Analyse and synthesise complex data into actionable insights that inform communications strategy and business decisions.

- Prepare and contribute to client presentations that influence decision‑making at the c‑suite level.

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

- Bring creative thinking and strategic insight to client challenges.

About You

- 2+ years’ experience in market research, strategy consulting, or communications research.

- Solid understanding of the research cycle: from proposal and fieldwork to analysis and client presentation.

- Skilled in quantitative and qualitative research methods, scripting, data analysis, and reporting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting insights to clients and stakeholders.

- Interest in political, media, corporate, and global affairs.

- Previous experience in opinion, political, or communications research is highly desirable.
