About the Role:

We shine a light on all things property and aim to simplify the property journey for all involved, driven by expertise and exclusive data. This role leads mission-critical identity infrastructure to enable teams to innovate securely and at scale. You will guide the design, delivery, and evolution of authentication and authorisation systems as Technical Lead – Identity Platforms.

Position sits at the crossroads of security, scalability, and developer experience. You’ll be a hands-on technical expert and a supportive leader, coaching engineers and collaborating across disciplines to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions. This role champions modern identity solutions and secure-by-design principles across the organisation, enabling a safer and more agile technology ecosystem.

What you/'ll be doing

- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and people leadership.
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable identity systems that enable seamless and secure user experiences.
- Champion engineering excellence through best practices, clean code, system health, and automation.
- Partner with Product, Design, Architecture, and other technical leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap.

What we are looking for

- Experience leading engineering teams, with a background in platform or security engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), including authentication and authorisation systems.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and technical domains.
- A growth mindset with a passion for clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with industry security and privacy frameworks, and a pragmatic approach to applying them.
