From oil rigs to goldmines and everything in between, Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia’s most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done and doing it safely.

These roles are Monday to Friday, flexible hours and can be casual, fixed term, Full time or Part time with a family friendly roster.

THE POSITIONS

Cleaner

- Monday – Friday role
- Availability to pick up additional hours to cover sick leave and annual leave
- Wipe, scrub and/or disinfect surfaces (e.g. sinks, countertops, toilets etc.)
- General commercial cleaning
- Utilising a range of materials and equipment to clean a range of surfaces (sinks, countertops, toilets, floors)
- Maintain facilities and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition
- Remove waste & distribute toilet/bathroom supplies and/or cleaning materials in buildings

Grounds Keeper

- Monday – Friday role
- Groundsperson/Handyperson duties (Grounds and gardens maintenance, laundry, office and public spaces)
- Competent in operating general maintenance and grounds equipment and chemical handling
- Mowing, Whipper snipping, Minor fence repairs and graffiti removal
- Responsible for ensuring the grounds of our local portfolio of sites are maintained to a high standard
- Hold a Current Drivers Licence

Handyperson / General Maintenance

- Experience in a similar role - working in a General Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance type role
- Responding to service requests for building maintenance
- A great work ethic and ability to learn
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- Hold a Current Drivers Licence

THE PERSON

- Experience in a similar role
- Availability to work additional hours to cover sick leave and annual leave
- Must be able to obtain a Blue Card & National Police Clearance as part of application process
- Undertake Functional medical with Drug and Alcohol Test
- Physically fit, with the ability to travel throughout the North of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and friendly approach
- Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol test
- Hold full Australian Citizenship due to the secure nature of our sites
