Role Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the construction pipeline of rooming houses, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will also encompass the management of financial processes with a view to eventually owning more responsibility of budgets and project profit margins.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience leading large teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of a pipeline of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

- Manage project engagement margin, setup and manage various financial processes across the organization

- Support construction site supervisors in daily operations and provide clarity on project questions.

- Manage multidisciplinary teams

Key Skills:

- Experience leading teams and delivery

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven leadership of large teams across a diverse background is a strong advantage

- Demonstrable strong financial acumen is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience working with architectural and engineering drawings would provide beneficial.

- A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to address technical issues promptly.

- Experience working with teams offshore
