- Alongside senior designers, define and develop functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations, and prepare information regarding the design and technical documentation

- Consult and assist contractors, consultants, interior designers, and other professionals with project coordination

- Report to and keep supervisors apprised of the status of and any issues with the project

- Support projects across the studio and assist with project workflows

- Contribute to design ideas and research

- Perform other related duties as required

About You

You are a talented and motivated designer or architect with a strong design sensibility and attention to detail. You bring experience across various project stages and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, high-quality outcomes. Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard tools, you take initiative, communicate clearly, and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 4-6 years of relevant post graduate experience

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture

- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential

- Ability to clearly communicate a design narrative both visually and verbally

- Experience in documentation phases: SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), or CD (Construction Documentation)

- Experience in residential and mixed-use projects is advantageous; however, adaptability across sectors is highly valued
