Key Responsibilities

- Lead multi-residential projects through their full lifecycle
- Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, and team performance
- Lead and collaborate on design direction and delivery outcomes
- Ensure project outcomes align with practice standards and design intent
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture

Skills & Experience

- Registered Architect with minimum 15years’ local experience
- Expertise and proven record on medium-density or multi-res projects
- High proficiency in Revit -'on-the-tools'
- Exceptional construction knowledge - delivery-focused skillset
- Strong coordination and liaison abilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to support and nurture project teams
- Confident communicatorboth internally and externally
