Job Title: Lead, Business Alignment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the execution of external and BAU change initiatives through effective delivery strategies and business readiness.

2. Drive operational improvements across the business.

3. Ensure Governance, Risk, and Compliance are central to all decisions, supporting safe implementation of strategic changes.

4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.

5. Build strong relationships with business partners to advocate for the Retention business and support impact analysis.

6. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of changes, minimizing disruptions.

7. Identify, escalate, and manage risks/issues that could impact change delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Extensive experience in financial services/contact centre environments.

- Project delivery experience within Financial Services or related sectors.

- Experience in change development and delivery, including communication and learning strategies.

- Understanding of NAB's organization, platforms, and processes is advantageous.

- Skills in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
