The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Senior Financial Accountant position is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting. Key duties include month-end and quarter-end close, statutory and regulatory reporting (including APRA and ASIC), tax compliance, audit coordination, and supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles. The role also involves process improvement, stakeholder engagement across regions, and mentoring junior team members.

Your Profile
You are a CA/CPA qualified accountant with 5-8 years' experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance, ideally gained within a multinational, insurance, or Big 4 environment. You have a strong understanding of AASB and IFRS standards, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, process-driven approach. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
