Project Manager | Data Business Analyst

Our dynamic change team works collaboratively with our stakeholders to implement the global data strategy of Macquarie’s Commodities Global Markets business.

What role will you play?

You will support the global data strategy implementation across financial products and platforms, managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources. You will facilitate regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and maintain team alignment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration between business and technical groups and work with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritise data requirements, aligning them with project objectives and milestones. You will also collaborate with business users to specify business rules for data quality, monitor progress, and resolve issues according to governance frameworks.

What you offer

- 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Have domain knowledge of financial markets and products including front to back system flows and lifecycle events.
- Have an interest in data and its use across the organisation as well as excellent analytical capacity supported by clear and concise communication skills
- Focus on high quality and timely delivery, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deliverables
- Thrive in an environment with evolving priorities and changing needs of the business.
