The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills and a solid background in finance, wealth, investment, or accounting domains. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven individual who thrives in an innovative environment and is eager to learn and grow.**Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with software and data engineers to develop and enhance data products, APIs, and data transformation projects.* Conduct detailed data analysis to support business decision-making and strategy.* Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to manage and deliver projects efficiently.* Work with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for project tracking and management.* Provide accurate project estimations and manage project timelines effectively.* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative solutions.* Ensure data integrity and quality across all data platforms and products.* Leverage Databricks for advanced data processing and analytics.* Lead large-scale transformation projects, including the migration of SQL Server data pipelines to Databricks, transformation of legacy reporting, and modernization of legacy data processing to scalable cloud solutions.**Requirements:*** Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance, wealth, investment, or accounting domains.* Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.* Proficiency in using ADO and Jira for project management.* Experience working closely with software and data engineers.* Familiarity with cloud-based environments and data platforms.* Experience in projects involving API development, data products, data analysis, and data transformations.* Innovative thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to gather and document clear requirements that both business and technology teams can interpret.* Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, including the migration of SQL Server data pipelines to Databricks and the transformation of legacy systems to scalable cloud solutions.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with Databricks for data analytics and processing.* Background in working within an innovative and fast-paced environment.* Ability to propose multiple solution options and drive decision-making**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
