Overview

Architectural BIM specialist. Collaborate and lead the innovative design and delivery of significant multi residential projects in preparation of manufacturing (via shop drawing software). This unique role requires a forward-thinking leader with a broad skill set. The right candidates will have a combination of creative and technical expertise and past experience in design for mass fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with both Global and Australian architectural practitioners and engineers to input data into a proprietary digital platform
- Coordinate and/or adjust various inputs into Revitzo capable software
- Collaborate with all design and delivery stakeholders within a next generation digital platform connected to manufacturing off site
- IT concierge for a state of the art 270-degree digital immersion room primarily for workshops, war room bids and client presentations
- Design and package new pipeline residential projects with a model-based focus in consultation with Head of Design and Product interpreted from analogue sketches
- Interface with manufacturing production software providers to automate manufacturing shop drawings direct from Revit to Revitzo and working across both Synchro and Cupix software
- Scheduling kit of parts componentry
- Part of digital transformation process into 3-D and 4-D model-based delivery process

Skills and Experience

- Significant experience across Engineering, Architecture and Contractor Management
- Designed and delivered at least 3 Multi Residential buildings
- Direct expertise in Revit and Revitzo documentation and/or experience with Synchro and Cupix software platforms
- Expertise in 3-D BIM modelling and Rhino modelling for complex projects
- Model auditing
- Experience with collaboration platforms and output reports
- Experience in SAH /BTR and BTS housing typologies and NCC code compliance
- Connecting with Head of manufacturing to provide production flow documentation and delivering LOD 400-450 completed documentation
