Overview
As a Senior Automation Test Analyst, you’ll drive the charge in building scalable, reliable test automation frameworks that ensure our software performs flawlessly in the real world.

The Testing team exists to develop and maintain the testing processes and infrastructure that support all Deswik products ensuring they are reliable, performant, secure, and of the highest quality. Embedded within the development lifecycle, the team enables continuous testing, early defect detection, and rapid feedback, empowering teams to deliver high-quality software with confidence. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other testers to drive quality across the lifecycle from strategy to release.
- Drive Test Automation roadmap, strategy, and requirements within the product team.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks in alignment with the Test strategy.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Ranorex, or similar.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Recommend and drive improvements to Test Automation, coverage, and tools to increase efficiency and test effectiveness.
- Mentor and support other testers and developers in best testing practices.
- Participate in Agile team activities including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Create and maintain test documentation, test data and test environments.
Your work will ensure our software performs reliably across thousands of mining operations worldwide.
What you’ll bring
- In-depth understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques, with the ability to effectively apply them across diverse testing scenarios.
- Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Ranorex, Selenium, and .NET.
- Demonstrated experience using programming languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, etc.
- Understanding of automated API testing using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, Jmeter or similar.
- Good understanding of versioning tools GIT, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
- Passionate about clean code, fast feedback loops, and mentoring others in best testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on tracking and improving quality metrics.
- Languages: C#, Java, TypeScript
- Frameworks: Playwright, Ranorex, Selenium, JUnit, NUnit, MSTest
- Testing: UI, API, performance, security, CI/CD integration
