Female Disability Support Workers – Gold Coast South

Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of others?

Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking caring and dependable female disability support workers to join our team. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people living with a disability, empowering them to live independently and confidently at home and in the community.

Your Role Will Include:

- Providing personal care, emotional support, and companionship
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility
- Supporting community engagement and social participation
- Following tailored care plans developed by our Registered Nurses
- Creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and their families

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

- Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive coverage)
- Australian National Criminal History Check clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field
