Job Description

- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering on key performance metrics
- Drive territory growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and support needs
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, purchasing drivers, and decision-making processes to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and execute tailored sales strategies
- Accurate data management on the CRM system for any new activity
- Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers
- Complete all required administrative tasks within set deadlines
- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of Australian sales experience within the medical devices sector
- Prior infection Prevention Hospital experience or Infection Prevention Selling experience
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating at an executive and procurement level
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex decision-making processes
- Resilient, adaptable, and coachable, with strong communication and territory planning skills
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
- A valid driver's licence
