Has 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-service-quality environment

Has managed and motivated teams of 5 or more staffThrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and leads by example with professionalism and careIs passionate about team development, training, and delivering outstanding serviceHas strong operational management skills — rostering, financial oversight, and driving team performanceEnjoys fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and community spirit
- Has an interest in Japanese food and culture (a bonus, not essential)

Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the FOH team

Ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experienceOverseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviewsDriving team engagement and maintaining a positive workplace cultureCollaborating with other managers on sales, events, and business growthManaging financial targets including wages, COGS, and budgeting
- Upholding compliance, safety, and sustainability standards
