Full-Time Senior Occupational Therapist

Location: The Brainwell Collective (various locations/travel as required)

Salary: $128,000 – $134,000 inclusive of superannuation (commensurate with experience)

Additional: $0.92 per km travel reimbursement | Performance-Based Bonuses | IT Support

The Brainwell Collective is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you’ll provide person-centred assessment and intervention across multiple funding streams, including NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA. What We Offer

- Competitive Salary: $128,000 – $134,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on experience.

- Performance-Based Bonuses: between 5% - 10% of base salary, quarterly reviewed

- Travel Reimbursement: $0.92 per km for approved work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for complex clients under NDIS, NIISQ, HCP, and DVA.

- Provide high-level, evidence-based occupational therapy services aimed at maximising client independence and quality of life.

- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with each funding body’s requirements.

- Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, and the overall growth of The Brainwell Collective.

- Provide supervision to team members with lesser experience.

About You

- Qualifications & Registration: Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.

- Funding Scheme Expertise: Experience working with NDIS and familiarity with NIISQ, HCP, or DVA processes is highly desirable.

- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, carers, and professional networks.

- Organised & Self-Directed: Adept at managing your caseload and meeting deadlines, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
