About the role

Join a national company founded and run by clinicians, for clinicians

Experience industry leading benefits and rewards

Deliver participant-centered care, guided by our core values

Join a team that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs

“For me, I love being heard and valued, I feel my opinion and point of view really matter and considered. As from the PBS side, as a practitioner and supervisor, I love coaching and guiding my supervisees, enjoy seeing them growing in the PBS field and become more knowledgeable. About my clients, I love supporting them to achieve a better quality of life and improving their relationships with staff or other family members.”

Silvia, PBS Clinician

Joining our Bankstown team you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.

Bankstown office:

- Located on Milperra side of Bankstown airport, next door to the Entertainment Park (bowling, laser tag, go carts, arcade games)
- The office is brand new with all new facilities - plenty of natural light, chill out space with lounge and greenery.
- 5x clinic rooms including functional gym space for PT.

Day to day you will:

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
- Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
- Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

What makes us different?

For starters, we're clinician-led at every level, all the way to the top, so we know what it’s like being in the trenches of care. We’ve built the kind of workplace we always wished existed. Where we don't just say we trust our clinicians – we show it. A community built by clinicians, for clinicians.

Our Values

- We Get Sh*t Done
- We are People People
- Love What You Do
- Frankly, we Give a Damn
- We Value Ourselves

We Back You

We're committed to helping you grow as a clinician or as a leader yourself. Our mentoring pathway isn't just about moving up; it's about developing the full spectrum of skills you need to succeed and take on new opportunities including:

- Support and Supervision: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges and an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Supervisor to guide you.
- Professional Development: Access to an extensive internal PD schedule + a personal budget.
- Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
- Resources: The works- laptop, phone + all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.

Freedom to Work Your Way

We've created an environment where you can personalise your work style and schedule. Want to split your time between online, in-clinic and community work? We’re here to prioritise whatever makes you the best clinician you can be with:

- Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you’ve completed your client work
- Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets.
- Better Rewards Program: Earn bonus pay or extra leave, or redeem points for PD, gadgets and experiences
- Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 for the secondary carer.
- Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM.
- National Opportunities across 30 Australian sites.

About You

We're after qualified PBS Clinicians who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant’s interests are at stake.

If this sounds like you, we might just be right for each other.

- PBS registration
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 years/' experience within Behaviour Support
