What You'll Do:

- Deliver top-quality, compassionate care that meets residents where they are
- Administer medications and treatments with attention to safety and accuracy
- Monitor health changes and document with precision
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to build and implement person-centered care plans
- Keep things clean and cozy—follow infection control practices and promote a safe environment
- Communicate with residents and families in a way that makes everyone feel heard and supported

What You Bring:

- An active LPN license in the state of Ohio
- CPR certification
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus (but not a deal-breaker)
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- A heart for seniors and a passion for making every day count
