We have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families.Located in the heart of Townsville, you will be working for one of Australia’s largest childcare groups offering amazing benefits and leadership opportunities.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with flexibility to cover open, middle and close shifts as needed. Assisting the Centre Director with daily operations, compliance, and staff management, while helping to maintain a positive and nurturing environment for children, families and educators.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking at developing their leadership and management skills in Early Childhood Education sector.

About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Cranbrook is led by a supportive management team who are committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for every child and their families creating long-lasting connections with the local community.

What we are looking for:

- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
