About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Act on high-profile insurance matters involving complex construction and engineering claims
- Provide thoughtful, strategic advice on indemnity, coverage, and liability issues
- Prepare and manage matters through litigation, mediation, and negotiation
- Work closely with teammates and partners in a highly collaborative model
- Support team culture through knowledge sharing and inclusive participation
- Participate in initiatives that promote balance and foster strong peer relationships
Key Requirements
- 5+ years PAE in construction or insurance litigation (private practice only)
- Current practising certificate (QLD or eligible to obtain one)
- Strong written advocacy and legal problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a kind and collaborative approach
- Passion for contributing to a respectful and wellbeing-driven culture
