Project 11 Program Coordinator – Parental Leave Cover

The QB Church Services team is excited to announce an opportunity to step into the role of Project 11 Coordinator for a parental leave cover during 2026.

This role calls for someone passionate about raising up the next generation of women and men to lead in our movement through facilitating the Project 11 initiative. Project 11 is our year-long emerging leader development program, hosted in the local church and resourced and facilitated by QLD Baptists.

The role is for 2 days per week, from January to November.

- Facilitate Project 11 registrations and coordinate with churches for 2026
- Provide training for P11 mentors (late February)
- Onboard 2026 cohort (early March)
- Familiarise self with Project 11 material (if not already engaged)
- Provide ongoing support for Project 11 mentors through calls/catch ups, training and coaching
- Engage with/encourage Project 11 participants through visits (attending group meetings, and usually 1X regional trip) and other online communication (monthly newsletter, social and emails).
- Facilitate planning for Project 11 Summit
- Collaboration with QB Generations Team (monthly meetings and others projects/events as required)
- Visit churches as requested (in SE corner) for training/preaching
- Engage past and present P11 cohorts in relevant events (both QB and external) through online communications
- Attend monthly QB Operations Meetings and monthly QB Staff Gatherings and other meetings as required
- Meet regularly with QB Training Coordinator
- Other projects as required

- QB Conference (April)
- Project 11 State Gatherings (1 in March for launch, 2 throughout the remainder of the year (normally May/June and August/September))
- Regional Gatherings (October – as required)
