About the Position

This position plays a vital role in designing, delivering, and evaluating a wide range of inclusive and impactful programs and events that respond to the evolving needs of the local community. Aligned with the City/'s Strategic Community Plan, it supports key focus areas including Youth, Age-Friendly initiatives, Health and Wellbeing, Access and Inclusion, and Reconciliation.

This dynamic role focuses on increasing community participation, building strong partnerships, coordinating volunteers, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact, well-promoted programs. It also involves evaluating program outcomes, seeking funding opportunities, and staying up to date with emerging trends to ensure programs remain relevant, effective, and inclusive.

This is a 12-month fixed-term – full time position.

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in relevant field (minimum two years)
