Digital & Performance Marketing

- Drive digital demand generation to support the launch and growth of the digital sales channel.
- Oversee paid media and collaborate on performance programs (social, display, OLV, programmatic), ensuring data-driven optimisation and ROI.
- Collaborate with Digital and CX teams to create seamless, conversion-led customer journeys.

Commercial & Data-Driven Decision Making

- Oversee campaign performance reporting, from channel attribution through to pipeline and P&L impact.
- Provide insights to optimise channel mix, marketing efficiency, and ROI.
- Establish frameworks and dashboards that embed a culture of accountability and results across the marketing team.

Brand & Funnel Marketing

- Champion the role of brand in fueling performance, ensuring campaigns build long-term equity while driving short-term results.
- Lead thought leadership and content-led marketing strategies to strengthen Vodafone Business’ positioning in the market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Actively contribute to the senior leadership of the Marketing and Digital function, providing input beyond your immediate remit.
- Mentor and lift the team’s commercial acumen, digital capability, and performance focus.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Digital, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and marketing innovation initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven track record of delivering digital-first, commercially accountable campaigns that drive measurable sales, demand generation, and ROI.
- Full-funnel marketing expertise — with an appreciation of how brand drives performance.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in ROI modelling, attribution, and funnel optimisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- A driven, ambitious mindset with a high bar for quality, execution, and results — you set the standard and inspire others to follow.
