You will manage JIRA boards, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across developers, analysts, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role with national influence, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities*** **Project Planning & Execution:** Convert high-level ideas into structured JIRA tasks and workflows.* **Agile Facilitation:** Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.* **Progress Monitoring:** Track team velocity, capacity, and risks using JIRA, Excel, or Power BI.* **Delivery Support:** Align day-to-day tasks with broader project goals and timelines.* **Issue Management:** Identify blockers early and support resolution strategies.* **Process Improvement:** Recommend and implement enhancements to team workflows.**Required Skills & Experience*** Proven experience with **JIRA/Confluence** for task and board management.* Formal training or certification in **Agile/Scrum** (e.g. CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.* Strong proficiency in **Excel or Power BI** for reporting and analysis.* Familiarity with **AI tools** for planning and automation is advantageous.* Background in **telecommunications, utility infrastructure, or software development** is beneficial.**About You**You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments.
