Job Description
Your Opportunity to Join our Team
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilledQA /Xray Team Leader to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our product safety systems and supporting continuous improvement across production and quality operations.
The QA/Xray Team Leader role is full-time Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm.

Daily Tasks
- Operate and set up X-ray inspection systems (Sensor X), ensuring performance validations are completed for all product lines.
- Set up, operate, and verify metal detection systems (Mettler Toledo & Ceia) to maintain product safety standards.
- Provide hands-on support to production and maintenance teams in fault investigations and system notifications.
- Liaise with external service providers to coordinate timely calibration and servicing of detection systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and investigations related to detection rejects from the production process.
- Learn and apply integrated systems for real-time process monitoring using SCADA systems.
- Apply HACCP principles and food safety knowledge to support investigations, including customer feedback resolution.
- Schedule and conduct internal audits and assist in managing the site’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Investigate daily customer complaints and provide timely, professional feedback to customers.
- Support product development projects and trials on site, ensuring QA standards are upheld throughout.
You Will Bring to this Role
- Strong technical understanding of detection systems and food safety protocols.
- Experience in QA roles within food manufacturing or similar environments.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and integrated process monitoring (desirable).
