Senior People & Culture Business Partner
Join Our Team as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner.
We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join the team in our Sydney CBD office. This is a part time role (3 days per week), with a requirement to attend our Central Coast site 1-2 days per month to engage with the rest of the P&C team.
About the Role:
As the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture team, working alongside our leaders to create and implement organisation-wide people and culture strategies.
Your work will directly impact employee engagement, performance, and retention, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to drive the strategic people agenda for the site, aligned with business goals.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement talent attraction, performance management and succession planning strategies.
- Champion employee engagement and wellbeing programs that enhance the work environment.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on people-related issues, including conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or a related field would be highly regarded.
- Proven substantial experience as a People and Culture Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
