We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Experience to join our team on a 12-month max term basis.
In this role, you/'ll be responsible for transforming our digital platforms into high-performing, conversion-driven ecosystems. For Build to Rent, that means optimising the digital journey to generate qualified leads and maximise occupancy. In Office, your focus will be on creating seamless digital leasing experiences to support acquisition. And in Retail, you’ll deliver engaging, locally relevant digital experiences that enhance visitation.
This is a unique opportunity to lead digital projects across three dynamic sectors — with real impact at every stage of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver transformational digital projects across marketing, customer, digital, and asset teams by:
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide coaching and mentoring within the digital experiences team.
- Strategic Planning: manage a digital experience strategy and roadmap across the asset management platform, prioritizing initiatives for maximum ROI.
- Data-Driven Growth: Enhance data capabilities to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Customer-Led Vision: Shape the direction of commercial property apps, websites, and CRM platforms aligned with business objectives.
- Digital Activation: Execute national marketing and engagement programs through digital channels to amplify impact and performance.
- Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on digital platforms.
- Enablement & Training: Equip asset teams with tools, processes, and guidance to optimize digital efforts.
- Data Strategy Execution: Implement data acquisition and personalization tactics across key digital touchpoints.
- Project Management: Oversee digital projects from requirements to delivery, ensuring governance and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technology and Analytics teams to define processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Innovation & Industry Engagement: Drive marketing tech innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide ongoing support to asset teams for digital platform execution.

Your point of difference
- 7+ years’ experience managing websites, apps, and CRM platforms, driving enhancements and delivering successful projects.
- Proven expertise across a variety of content management systems and CRM solutions.
- A strong track record of collaborating with design, marketing, and technology teams to deliver impactful digital projects.
- The ability to turn website, app, and CRM analytics into actionable business insights.
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—always seeking to improve systems, processes, and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Deep technical and digital knowledge, with hands-on experience across key platforms.
