Overview

As the Payroll Analytics Advisor you will be responsible for assessing payroll data into actionable insights that support financial and business decision-making. This role is focused on leveraging payroll analytics to deliver agreed outcomes in payroll remediation and compliance.

Responsibilities

- 6 month contract
- Onsite requirement
- Develop and deliver payroll analytics reports
- Skills in Chris21 essential

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, HR, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with Chris21 payroll system and customised payroll environments.
- Understanding of payroll processes, timeframes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in payroll analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated understanding of payroll compliance requirements.
- Experience in supporting process improvement initiatives
