Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure technical solutions that drive digital transformation and enable business outcomes. This role focuses on cloud architecture, data platform development, and establishing enterprise architecture standards while building foundations for AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (API-led connectivity, serverless, event-driven design)
- Guide Azure cloud migration strategies and promote cloud-native design principles
- Ensure cloud governance, FinOps, and security architectures are embedded across programs
- Lead architecture practices supporting business transformation and innovation

Data & AI Architecture

- Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture supporting business goals
- Design unified data analytics platforms for business intelligence and data science
- Manage data quality projects and create data models, flow diagrams, and documentation
- Lay foundations for AI integration into business workflows and customer experiences

Governance & Standards

- Establish enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and governance frameworks
- Conduct current-state assessments and define actionable roadmaps
- Present designs to Architecture Review Board for approval
- Build architecture maturity and cloud capability across the organization

Essential Requirements

- 15+ years IT experience with 7+ years in solution architecture roles
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Data Platform (Cosmos DB, SQL DB, Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, Purview, Power BI)
- Experience with Azure services (Monitor, API Management, Container Apps, Functions, Entra ID)

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
- DAMA-DMBOK framework experience
- Data science and AI solution design experience
- Hands-on experience developing information management standards and data governance
- Data Quality Management Frameworks experience
