This is an exciting time to join the team We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Venue manager to oversee day to day operations and events. As VM, your responsibilities will include the management of a friendly team of staff, the training & development of your team, smooth running of operations, and the execution of functions and events, all the while upholding our high standard of customer service.

Inspired by the environment around us, we've created a relaxed menu perfect for breakfast, lunch, afternoon bites and on the go. Using the freshest ingredients, sourced locally where possible, Our guests can nourish their body and their soul at The Garden Room.

Skills & Attributes;
- Experience in the same or similar role
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Function & event operations experience
- The ability to multi-task & work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication & staff supervisory skills
- The ability to think outside the box when it comes to providing solutions & problem solving
- An upbeat and motivating personality that encourages staff to do their best
- Immaculate presentation
- A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example.
- A passion for customer focused service
- Labour & Cost of goods management experience

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
