**The Role**:
As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this thriving Surf Club. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the staff, managing the high-volume gaming, bar, and bistro areas, and maintaining the impeccable standards that the establishment is known for. You will be a key contributor to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests while fostering a positive work environment for the staff.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing and leading larger teams in a hospitality setting.
- Strong background in high-volume clubs, pubs, or similar establishments.
- Competency in overseeing gaming operations, bar services, and bistro functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and employee engagement.
