**The Role**
This role will drive the delivery of the organisational development strategy through the design and implementation of leadership, employee engagement, team effectiveness, culture, and community initiatives to achieve MYOB's strategic goals.
**In practice this might look like**:
- Leadership and career development
- Team effectiveness facilitation and coaching
- Employee engagement design and development
- Culture design and development including alignment to Employee Value proposition delivery
- Subject matter expertise - providing expert guidance and support to the business
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Proven experience in designing and driving broad, organisation-wide culture and engagement initiatives
- Strong organisational leadership development and coaching, influencing experience
- Well-developed human centred design skills and experience
- Excellent understanding of organisational change principles, models and approaches
- Advanced project management experience and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Organisational development thought leadership including Leadership, engagement, and culture
You will be highly self-motivated, curious and never stop asking the ‘why’, you love to step outside your comfort zone and to make things better than incredible You will be comfortable with ‘change being the only constant’ and able to adapt as needed.
