**The opportunity**
**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enable the delivery of QBE's culture agenda for AUSPAC/Home Market through the levers of performance, career and employee listening.
- In partnership with the Reward and Performance Team manage the delivery of My Year in Review with a specific emphasis on performance metrics.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to provide insights and recommendations underpinned and informed by data (including outputs from our organisational listening activities).
- Lead the integration of Group's listening strategy in a way that delivers effective outcomes and practices for AUSPAC/Home Market.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience designing culture, performance and career programs and initiatives, along with a commercially focused and pragmatic approach to delivering capability and improved employee experience outcomes.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated business partnering/internal consulting and influence experience
- A working knowledge of designing people programs and initiatives to drive organisational change
- Experience designing, facilitating, and analysing workshops, interviews, and employee surveys
- Ability to scope and build capability development solutions for delivery in a contemporary context
- Ability to leverage strong networks for the latest thinking, best practices, and developments in future focused capabilities and practices
- Ability to act at pace within environments of ambiguity, driven by high levels of stakeholder engagement and consultation
