**Position Purpose**:
Working within a highly effective team providing administration support at the Get Going Support Head Office. You will be a keen learner with the initiative to provide an all-rounder approach to the GGS team as well as working closely with our People & Culture Department.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- General data entry
- Setup of meetings
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, archiving, typing, copying binding and scanning
- Book conference call, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc
- Cover reception desk
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- General office housekeeping

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Proven experience in a similar role (1 years desirable)
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Working with Disability Clearance (Yellow Card) or NDIS Worker Screening
