A temporary role has become available for an experienced Administration and Accounts Officer role with a multi-national business located in Ipswich.

**_ We anticipate that this temporary role will be required for 3-6 months based on current business needs (and longer term opportunities may become available within the company in the future)._**

The role will require flexibility to work from either 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Duties will include:

- Providing a range of administrative support functions in a high volume work environment to support a team of three
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Maintaining office supplies and filing systems
- Administer and maintain the database
- Processing and recording invoices and setting up new suppliers
- Assisting with end of month accounts processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Data entry for timesheets and providing payroll support as required
- Provide relief back up support for weighbridge operations if/when required (during periods of unplanned leave)
- Previous experience in administration and accounts processing (debtors and creditors)
- Previous data entry and payroll experience (advantageous)
- Experience in an aligned role
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Flexibility with work hours
- Experience using a finance/ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics, desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a small team
- Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
