What is the role?
- As the Arcade Manager for our flagship Kingpin venue at Crown Melbourne, you will lead our Games team with a passionate, inclusive & collaborative style.
- You will be responsible for mastering our games to understand how they work to ensure they are performing at their peak, keeping them to a high presentation standard at all times.
- You will also take control of our Winner's Vault (the prize shop), keeping it merchandised with all the latest and greatest products
- Along with your team that includes a number of Managers On Duty and an Assistant Games Manager, you will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager to ensure a razor-sharp focus on delivering a guest experience that is fit for Royalty
