**The role**

We are seeking an experienced generalist HR Manager to join our organisation. The office is located in Botany with ample parking. Minimum 4 days in the office will be required.

The incumbent will be accountable for planning, directing and implementing human resource strategies, policies and programs which upgrade the quality of human resources and promote an effective organisation structure and environment for achieving company objectives.

The Human Resources Manager is also responsible for managing the payroll function via an external provider.

In a nutshell, the role includes but not limited to:
**Strategic partner**
- Where HR can translate business strategies into action.

**Administrative expert**
- Where HR can create value and measure HR results in terms of efficiency (cost) and effectiveness (quality).

**Employee champion**
- Where HR are able to relate to and meet the needs of employees.

**Change agent**

Where HR serve as a catalyst for change within the organisation.

**Salary**: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
