Job Title:
**Lead Development Representative**

**What your exciting days will look like**:

- **A balance of reactive qualifications and proactive lead development**:

- Creating sales-ready leads for your partner sales managers to drive new business
- Undertaking first-class prospect preparations & research, with key players & critical insight documented thoroughly
- Engaging relevant stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, business challenges & future goals
- Accurately maintaining CRM integrity (SalesForce)
- Ensuring a seamless transition of account ownership
- Delivering against qualified opportunities quotas & revenue objectives

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- **Solid **Outbound & Inbound phone-based sales** experience**:

- Good experience in** Consultative selling, prospecting, qualifying leads, pipeline management, account planning**:

- A curious nature and deep customer empathy with superior relationship building
- **Fintech experience **will be a big plus (emphasis on **SaaS** and** financial software sales**)
- Exposure to accounting concepts and/or the accounting industry (advantageous)
