The College consists of students from Years 7-12 with around 1300 students and aims to educate young people for their future. High-performance expectations are set for students, parents, and staff, and is an accredited Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) school, a member of the Academy of SEAL schools, delivering specialised pathways for highly able students.

The College has a consistent and coherent whole-school approach and delivers the curriculum in a supportive and positive manner. Teaching staff use at point of need data and assessments, to plan a personal learning environment that is ideal for engaging students and meeting learning needs. The College has experienced growth over the past five or six years resulting in an enrolment of 1000 students. Students are supported by 100 equivalent full-time staff comprising: 3 Principal class officers, 73 Teachers, and 27 Education Support Staff. The College has a trade Training center facility built to deliver VET Building and Construction. Excellent facilities including bright classrooms, access to ICT, sporting ovals, and basketball courts are all set on attractive grounds.

Sport Culture:
The College values sports and encourages students to participate in a healthy lifestyle, not only at school but in their daily lives. Whether it be in the years 7 - 12 PE & health curriculum, through extracurricular sporting teams that compete with schools in the region, during our whole school sports days which are the Swimming carnival and the Athletics carnival or during one of the many student lead activities and competitions that run throughout the school year, sport is an important part of students studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively plan and evaluate the curriculum to achieve specific outcomes in PE/Health.
- Provide consistent and coherent learning programs that will foster independence, challenge, and learning progression.
- Maintain positive, professional, and supportive interactions with parents, staff, and the wider College community.
- Work as a cooperative member of the collaborative year-level team, ensuring harmonious relationships

Key Qualities:
- Experience in PE/Health teaching advantageous
- Plan, prepare, and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to engage in critical reflection and inquiry in order to improve knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and improve their learning.
- A passion for engaging every student and demonstrated ability to bring out the best in them.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching at relevant levels
- Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education or equivalent
- Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Full Australian working rights
