**BMS Service Technician**
Sydney, Excellent package including vehicle, phone, fuel card and etag

**Company**
National BMS contractor that have operated for over 20 years who have recently secured further service contracts out of their Sydney branch are looking for an experienced BMS technician.

The company is poised to continue its growth in the Sydney market and is looking for someone who can be part of the next wave of expansion out of the Sydney branch.

**Position**
Reporting in to the service manager the role will work autonomously covering a variety of duties, including;
- Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC/BMS controls
- Customer/account management
- Assist with input on small works quotes
- Proactively offer clients a service that can optimise and improve system and building performance
- Troubleshoot

**You**
To be successful you will have experience working in a similar role previous for a BMS contractor in service. You will also be able to demonstrate the following;
- Planned and reactive BMS service background
- Able to foresee and troubleshoot issues before they arise
- Strong communication skills and customer management experience
- Experience managing small works (not essential)
- Experience overseeing commissioning (not essential)
- Experience working with Niagara (not essential and can be trained up)
- Self-starter and driven
