**BMS Service Technician**
**Sydney**

APAC FM have been engaged to source an established BMS Service Technician who can hit the ground running and add value to an already high achieving team in Sydney - They are looking to hire the top 10% of industry experts who can also deliver small projects ideally and be comfortable being the main point of contact for their ‘Platinum’ clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Independently perform the planned & reactive maintenance of BMS / HVAC controls
- Diagnose BMS control, HVAC & system failures.
- Optimisation of mechanical equipment and plant control strategies
- Produce detailed service reports for planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repair works.
- Produce quotations for breakdown repairs and improvements to existing BMS.
- Independently complete minor works for the upgrade or improvement of BMS including developing points lists, equipment selection, functional descriptions and creation of control diagrams.
- Commissioning, Programming and coding of BMS.
- Work with the sales engineer and service manager to develop improved service offerings to customers through process and technology advancements.
- Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.

**Salary**: From $120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
