**Service & Commissioning Technician - Integrated Building Platforms / BMS**

**Company**
National integration building platform contractor who has recently completed several large construction projects in Sydney for major builders are now moving into service works / contracts with some of Australia’s largest REITs.

Typically, their solutions go across all building services and further integration through APIs into other areas of the building/s that make way for a ‘smart building’.

**Position**
An immediate requirement has come about for a service and commissioning technician to join the Sydney business reporting into the service manager.

The position is a hybrid role working on service contracts within large commercial buildings in Sydney CBD for full integrated building platforms and IT, as well as assisting in commissioning of major projects and upgrades.

**You**
To be successful you will have ideally worked in a similar role previous or come from a BMS or HVAC service / commissioning technician background where you have a passion for IT.

The position with see you carry out;
- Planned and reactive maintenance on hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and foresee issues before they arise to carryout strategies to prevent
- Client management
- Small projects coordination
- Commissioning
