ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Contract Performance Lead to join our small Commercial team of two, onsite at Port Phillip Prison. You will work alongside the Head of Commercial in striving to continuously improve business performance to compliment contractual KPI's, variations and service delivery.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and contract compliance
- Representing G4S at regular and ad hoc Contractual meetings with the Client, Subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Providing data to the Client in line with contractual requirements, ad hoc and scheduled
- Producing complex written documents for commercial and government use
- Identifying commercial risk, and assisting with proposal generation and delivery
- Conducting quality assurance and process audits, maintaining accurate business records
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of service delivery management plans
- Preparing supplier agreements

ABOUT YOU
This role will focus on building solid stakeholder relationships for collaborative engagement on fulfilling contract obligations. You'll be primarily responsible for preparing, reviewing, and communicating commercial documentation and data. For this reason, we're looking for someone with:

- Confident communication styles both written and verbal
- Ability to forge and develop highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of commercial contracts and business performance management - Government contract experience is highly desirable
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Forward thinking and dynamic with a willingness to innovate approaches
- Strong Business Acumen
- A committed focus to operational and compliance improvement
