**About the role**

Due to some exciting changes within our business, we’re looking for a Performance Lead to join our Operations & Performance team. As Performance Lead, you’ll support the Bank Technology function to ensure Performance targets are achieved with robust mechanisms in place to maintain sound management of workforce and financials.

**What you'll do**
- Support the development, planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives that enhance Bank Technology operational & planning functions
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations relating to operational performance and metrics in collaboration across the Bank Technology LT
- Oversee preparation of budget submissions and expense management processes to ensure compliance with day-to-day operational requirements
- Facilitate the establishment of workforce plans across all Bank Technology teams
- Drive standardisation and simplification across Bank Technology Performance Management practices

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in a comparable role within a technology environment
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
- Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics
- Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions
- Excellent knowledge of finance processes with the ability to interpret and analyse reports
- Financial services, banking, or insurance experience desired
