**As Associate Hardlines Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Build strategic plan for Consumer Products Hardlines portfolio
- Conduct analysis of product categories by brand to identify opportunities for growth
- Continue to evolve the hardlines business by tapping into new consumer segments and ensuring our brands have coverage across strategic categories and price points
- Manage relationships with existing licensees to both maintain current business and find incremental growth
- Work with licensees, marketing and sales teams to develop retail executions for brand programs
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate contract administration with licensees
- Manage retailer relationships at the buyer level communicating regularly to ensure they are getting what they need
- Lead the quarterly sales forecasting cycle with hardlines licensees
- Work within the category guidelines to source and/or develop product where gaps & opportunities are identified in the core toy range
- Marketing/Business degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Consumer Goods / retail environment
- Thorough understanding of licensing processes, procedures and industry and licensees’ objectives
- Experience at a consumer products or entertainment company in a licensing role.
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Experience using analytics and research to identify trends and gaps in market
- Proven ability to build relationships that grow business
- Sales experience and knowledge of retail environment, especially the ANZ mass market
