**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Associate ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Performing system administration and maintenance tasks such as health and security checks, cloning, patching, license reporting, user and group management, and data imports.
- Collaborating on supervised development projects, including enhancements and minor configuration, adhering to Kinetic IT standards and methodologies.
- Building and developing service catalogues to facilitate efficient service requests and delivery.
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Managing incidents, problems, changes, and requests within the ServiceNow platform.
- Educating platform users on the functionalities of the ServiceNow platform to maximize its utilization.
- Participating in update set deployment using Kinetic IT methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Conducting thorough system, functional, and automated testing to maintain platform reliability.
- Curating and maintaining the ServiceNow knowledge base content for easy access to information.
- Escalating and managing issues promptly and effectively when required.
- Identifying and registering deployment records for accurate tracking.
- Actively seeking opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with account and customer teams to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Embracing Crew Universal Behaviours to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills**:

- Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow system administration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in developing and configuring ServiceNow, particularly in the areas of catalog building, report creation, and dashboard development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage incidents, problems, changes, and requests.
- Effective communication skills to educate platform users and engage with stakeholders.
- An attitude of continuous learning and a willingness to expand your expertise beyond ITSM.
- Initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to suggestions, coaching, and guidance.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within delivery engagements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
