**You will have the following responsibilities**:
More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Providing administration support including finance and administration tasks across our ACT sites
- Assisting the Operations and Maintenance Manager and Area Sales Manager with administrative tasks that they require to be complete i.e. obtaining quotes or preparing quotes or tenders
- Support Finance & Management with reporting requirements
- Answering customer enquiries relating to commercial services
- Maintaining our operating system (Wastedge)
- Management and filing of driver run sheets and documentation
- Process purchase requisitions/ purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
- Tipping / Operations data management and reconciliation
- Processing all end of month reporting and data integrity
- Assist accounts payable with supplier account enquiries
- Continuous improvement of all administration processes
**Who you are**:
- You have Administration and Customer Service experience gained from a similar role and environment
- You pride yourself on your exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
- You’re a confident problem solver - there’s no problem or issue too big that you won’t tackle and work at it until its resolution for our team and clients
- You’re a collaborative team player, who takes initiative, are keen to learn and assist with the day to day running of the business
- You’ve strong PC literacy in MS Office and experience with ERP systems would be ideal
