The Communications Specialist will specifically support the Change team, business process experts and Program of work to:
- To work as a trusted communications advisor across the Program as required, in a way that builds a positive and collaborative reputation in achieving successful change outcomes
- Effectively build and maintain channels of communication from within our Program of work out to our business, with consideration for the effective use of time and existing communication channels
- Partner with change team members and key business representatives to identify stakeholder and interest groups across the business who are impacted by the change
- Establish and maintain a detailed communication and stakeholder engagement plan for each Program initiative
- Collaborating across the change team and in partnership with BPEs to provide communication insights to mitigate change impacts for our business
- Establishing, invigorating and sustaining effective change networks to maximise communication coverage to all levels of our business
- The Communications Specialist is responsible for establishing and managing business relationships and communication activities across our Program of work.
- Working closely with key business representatives, and reporting to the Change Lead, the Communications Specialist will deliver and facilitate communication channels and activities in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
- Effectively build and maintain channels of communication from within our Program of work out to our business with consideration for the effective use of time and existing communication channels
- Partner with change team members and key business representatives to identify stakeholder and interest groups across the business who are impacted by the change
- Establish and maintain a detailed communication and stakeholder engagement plan for each Program initiative
- Collaborating across the change team and in partnership with BPEs to provide communication insights to mitigate change impacts for our business

**Experience Knowledge**:

- 5 years proven communications experience in an ERP/systems environment and/or Corporate Communications
- Building and branding corporate story lines** / **Storytelling through pictures
- Proven experience in managing SharePoint/intranet/Team sites and channels
- Ability to work independently to identify, manageand address risks and issues to support the successful implementation of change initiatives and project deliverables
- Energy, imagination and the ability to think outside the box
- Methodologies to grab the attention of a busy, demographically and geographically diverse workforce
- Neuroscience based approach to communications would be highly regarded
- Understanding of organisational change and the importance of contextualised messaging
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced skill level in using Microsoft products and associated technology Skills Education
- Demonstrated ability to use low-cost technology to build impactful messages e.g, animated videos, story lines
- Development of story boards, scripts for animation, videos
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
